🌬️Get over persistent bad breath. Start Oil Pulling, a time-tested Ayurveda practice for dental and oral hygiene.

Our mouth supports a microbiome of close to 600 species of bacteria. Many of these good bacteria support the functioning of a healthy oral cavity. But many strains cause bad breath, coat taste buds preventing good digestion and may lead to other oral & overall health issues. Alcohol-based mouthwashes tend to kill both bacteria, reduce saliva and dry up the mouth, in turn causing bad breath. Oil Pulling on the other hand, maintains a healthy equilibrium, drawing out bad bacteria while also promoting the growth of healthy bacteria.

Instructions: Be gentle here - no need to be as aggressive as you are with mouthwash, as you will be doing this for 1.5 to 2 minutes till the oil becomes almost like water. The oil will almost double in size as it draws in saliva as well as the toxins. Be sure not to swallow as you will be taking these toxins into your body. Finally, brush, scrape tongue and floss as you normally would.
