ADHERE TO PLAN
Follow the Diet plan and Avoid all Milk and Milk products on the day of having the medicine.
TABLET AT BEDTIME
Finish your dinner latest by 7:00pm, as there must be 3 hours gap after dinner and before taking this medicine. Take One tablet of EGA Colon Cleanser at bed time with warm water.
CRAMPS ARE EXPECTED
In 1 or in 2 hours or at your usual motion time - you have loose stools with mild to moderate stomach cramps/ pain in your abdomen.
EASE WITH WARM WATER
You are advised to have a cup of lukewarm or room temperature water after every motion. Once you get free, have lukewarm water bath. (Do not have head bath with warm water).
REPEAT 3 TIMES
By next morning or within 3-4 hours you will be free from loose stools and cramps/ pain. Repeat the procedure for 3 more days to get the maximum benefits.
